A Benelux registration is valid for ten years and may be renewed indefinitely in blocks of 10 years. Six months prior to expiration you will be reminded in writing of the expiration date. Please inform us I you would like to make use of this option.
If Merk-Echt is perform the 10 year-renewal of your registration, the following services are included:
- Basic registration fees Benelux Registrar
- Appointment of MerkEcht as your professional trademarks representative
- Verification of name and address information
- Verification of the Locarno-class of goods and services in which your product is registered
All correspondence with the Benelux Trademarks Office.
Renewing your registration will guarantee your rights to your trademark for a period of 10 years. You have the right to act against infringement by others. We strongly advise you to consider trademark monitoring as soon as possible. For information please refer to Trademark Monitoring.
